3.3 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original sermons, articles, studies, recordings, graphics, photographs, logos, design elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to Marty O’Neal Wynn & Kathy Ann Wynn, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Pastor Wynn Ministries, PastorWynn.com, and associated names, logos, and identifying marks may not be used in a manner likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent affiliation.
Scripture quotations from the King James Version are used in keeping with their public-domain status in the United States. Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner.

You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. By sending a message, prayer request, comment, testimony, photograph, or other material, you authorize us to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested ministry or transaction service, protect the Site, maintain appropriate records, or comply with law. Do not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
3.5 Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that every page, resource, product, recording, or function will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
3.6 Enforcement
We may restrict access, preserve relevant information, or take other reasonable action when we believe these Terms of Use have been violated or when action is necessary to protect the Site, the ministry, a user, or another person. We may cooperate with lawful investigations and legal process.
3.7 Governing Law
These Legal Policies and any dispute concerning the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent federal law or another applicable law controls. Any legal proceeding that may properly be restricted to a particular forum shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Muscogee County, Georgia.
3.8 Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Legal Policies is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4. Donations, Purchases, Refunds, and Replacements
4.1 Donations
Donations made through the Site are contributions to Pastor Wynn Ministries, Inc., and will be used to further the ministry’s charitable and religious purposes, including the reasonable costs of operating and communicating its ministry. Therefore, all donations are voluntary and nonrefundable, except when a refund is required by applicable law or when Pastor Wynn Ministries determines that a transaction resulted from an unauthorized payment, processing error, or duplicate charge. The designation and use of a contribution remain subject to applicable law and the ministry’s authority and responsibility to administer charitable funds.
Any statement concerning the possible tax treatment of a contribution is general information and not tax advice. Donors should retain their receipts and consult a qualified tax professional concerning their individual circumstances.
4.2 Product Purchases
Product purchases are nonrefundable. Review product descriptions, formats, system requirements, delivery methods, and other details before completing a purchase.
4.3 Defective Products
If a purchased product is defective, PastorWynn.com will replace it with the same product or, when the same product is unavailable, a reasonably comparable replacement at our discretion. “Defective” means that a physical product arrived damaged or materially unusable, or that a digital product delivered by us cannot be accessed or used as described because of a defect in the file or delivery attributable to the product or transaction.
A change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase, inability to use a correctly delivered product, dissatisfaction with content accurately described before purchase, or loss occurring after successful delivery is not ordinarily a defect.
To request a replacement, email Products@PastorWynn.com with your name, order number, product name, purchase date, and a description or photograph of the defect. Submit the request promptly after discovering the issue. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the purchase and defect. This policy does not limit any nonwaivable rights provided by applicable law.
4.4 Payment Providers
Square processes donations. Payhip and PayPal handle purchase transactions. Their separate terms, dispute procedures, processing schedules, and privacy policies may also apply. Pastor Wynn Ministries does not control delays, holds, account restrictions, or other actions imposed independently by a payment provider.
5. Accessibility Statement
PastorWynn.com desires to be usable by people of differing abilities and circumstances. We aim to improve the Site in accordance with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably practicable.

Despite our efforts, some older, third-party, or newly introduced content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers, but we welcome notice when a barrier affects access to ministry content or a transaction.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email Legal@PastorWynn.com or call 706.568.7357. Please identify the page or resource, describe the difficulty, and state the format or accommodation that would be helpful. 6.1 Ministry and Educational Content
The Site provides biblical teaching, devotional material, ministry information, and general educational content. Although we seek accuracy and scriptural faithfulness, Site content is not a substitute for personal study of the Scriptures, participation in a faithful local church, or appropriate counsel from qualified professionals.
6.2 No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice. Pastoral or spiritual content should not be used as a substitute for emergency services, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it solely because of something read, heard, or viewed on the Site.
6.3 No Guarantee of Results
Testimonies, illustrations, prayer resources, teachings, and descriptions of ministry experience do not guarantee that another person will obtain the same spiritual, personal, health, financial, relational, or other result. We do not promise that a donation, purchase, prayer request, or use of Site content will produce a particular outcome.
6.4 Information Provided “As Is”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, completely secure, or free of harmful components, or that every item of content will always be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6.5 Third-Party Content and Links
PastorWynn.com and Pastor Wynn Ministries are not responsible for the content, security, availability, products, services, statements, or practices of third-party sites or services. Use of a third-party resource is at the visitor’s discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.
6.6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pastor Wynn Ministries, Inc., and its directors, officers, employees, ministers, volunteers, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site, its content, a third-party service, or an inability to use the Site. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Changes to These Policies
We may revise these Legal Policies to reflect changes in the Site, ministry practices, service providers, or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by an additional notice when appropriate.
