First and foremost, a student of the Scriptures.
My name is Dr. Marty O. Wynn, though most people simply know me as Pastor Wynn. I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ and a student of the Scriptures. The Bible is the foundation of my faith, the authority for my life, and the lens through which I seek to understand the world around me.
For more than four decades, God has graciously allowed me to serve in pastoral ministry, Christian education, leadership development, and biblical instruction. Whether preaching from the pulpit, teaching a Bible class, writing an article, or mentoring others, my passion has remained unchanged: helping people understand God’s Word and apply its truth to their daily lives.
My prayer is that the resources found here will deepen your understanding of Scripture, strengthen your walk with Christ, encourage your service for the Lord, and help you develop a greater love for God and His Word.

Pastor Wynn Ministries was established to proclaim the truth of Scripture, strengthen believers in their faith, equip Christians for service, and advance the Great Commission of our Lord through preaching, teaching, devotional resources, discipleship materials, digital media, and published writings.

I grew up in a pastor’s home and was saved at the early age of six in Winchester, Tennessee, where my dad was pastor of Gospel Baptist Church. I am grateful for a godly heritage from wonderful parents. Since graduating from Tennessee Temple University, the Lord has permitted me to serve in churches in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
On a personal note, I have been blessed to be the husband of my wonderful wife, Kathy, for more than forty-seven years. Together, we have raised two children who are now grown and married, and one of my greatest joys in life is being “Pa” to our seven wonderful grandchildren.
